ROB OFFORD

Managing Director

Rob is recognised as a leading industry expert in progressive design and build and alliance procurement and contracting. He has extensive experience in the procurement and delivery of alliance contracts. Rob was responsible for the adoption of the first Project Alliance Agreement (PAA) in the UK rail industry for the Stafford Area Improvement Project and instrumental in establishing the North American transit industry’s first alliance for the Union Station Enhancement Project. 

MATT CLARK

Senior Director, Global

Matt is an accomplished civil engineer and infrastructure delivery executive with 30 years construction experience, over 27 of those years working within operating environments in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. His experience of delivering complex and challenging programmes has given Matt excellent technical and leadership expertise. Matt is an industry leader in collaborative contracting practises and is driving the implementation of alliancing and progressive contracts in Ontario, Canada, a market previously dominated by P3 delivery models.

MITCH CLARKE

Senior Vice President, North America

Mitch is highly experienced in undertaking commercial roles, both pre- and post- contract, in major infrastructure projects and programmes. He has specialist experience in alliancing and collaborative target cost contract models and brings a collaborative mindset to project delivery. He is highly experienced in assessing and advising on the development and implementation of collaborative and progressive contract models, including alliancing.

With over nearly 30 years of experience in infrastructure projects, Duncan brings deep expertise in procurement and supply chain management. He has led the successful delivery of numerous projects, including major alliances and collaborative contracts, including NEC4 frameworks, and has driven high-performing outcomes through behavioural assessments and collaborative procurement strategies. Duncan is known for building strong, integrated client–contractor teams and delivering value through innovative, collaborative relationship-focused delivery models.
