BTTC was commissioned to undertake client project management roles on behalf of Network Rail across Capital Delivery Eastern region. We provided a team of specialist rail program and project management professionals to lead a multi-disciplinary and multi-functional team, providing leadership and direction which included deployment of project management, risk, planning, engineering and construction management resources. We ensured that all projects were delivered on cost, on schedule, to the desired quality and, most importantly, with zero accidents or incidents to the operating rail network.
