BTTC has been shortlisted for the SME of the Year award, which we think pays testament to the commitment we show to develop young talent in the rail industry, empowering our employees to shape their own careers by allowing them full autonomy over their learning and development programme.
Rob Offord, Managing Director, has been shortlisted for the Distinguished Service award. This is a fantastic acknowledgement to the innovative and strategic work Rob has led over the last 12 months to successfully attract and engage with the next generation of rail professionals.
Tom Jerrard, Senior Consultant, has been shortlisted for the Young Rail Personality award which is fantastic recognition for the dedication and commitment he gives to our clients, as well as the work he has put in to grow our business by independently leading the development of our graduate programme.
