Rob Offord

Managing Director

Rob has extensive experience within client, consulting and contracting organisations. He has an impressive and proven track record of delivering first class results by applying commercial and business acumen at strategic and operational levels whilst building and maintaining long term customer and supply chain relationships. Rob has over 25 years’ experience, the last 13 in a senior management, executive or board level capacity. His previous roles have included:

  • Network Rail IP Central Region & Northern Programmes – Finance and Commercial Director
  • Amey PLC Business Director, Rail
  • Birse Rail Commercial Director

Sam Havill

Vice President of BTTC (Canada)

Sam has led the commercial delivery of over 50 multi-disciplinary rail projects, including one of Network Rail’s highest performing contracts, North West Electrification Programme Phase 3. He adopts a collaborative, pre-emptive approach, drawing on excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management.

Recognised as a rail industry expert in commercial management, Sam draws on an outstanding track record in managing commercial activities and their integration with project and programme workstreams to deliver commercial control across all project stages.

Rhiannon Price

Operations Director

Rhiannon has developed and delivered over 500 rail infrastructure projects, from station enhancements to complex line speed and capacity improvement projects, including third party developments on behalf of Local Authorities.

She is highly respected within the industry, having led multi-functional teams to achieve client aspirations and maximise safety, innovation and efficiency, drawing on her excellent stakeholder relationships. Rhiannon has led complex projects including:

  • Rail Systems for delivery of the new Belfast Transport Hub
  • Construction of Farnworth Tunnel
  • Reconstruction of Holme Tunnel

Duncan Golding

Procurement and Supply Chain Services Director

Duncan has been responsible for the contract procurement of over 1,000 rail projects during his career. He has built strong relationships with a wide network of contacts across the rail industry, multi-disciplinary construction businesses and the supply chain.

He has extensive experience of developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure they meet client objectives, requirements, processes and Public Procurement Regulations.

Duncan is an industry leader in collaborative behavioural training, assessment and embedment and has excellent negotiation & facilitation skills.

Josh Smales

Commercial Services Director 

Josh is recognised as an industry leader and has over 15 years’ experience working with complex multi-discipline projects. He is an expert on amalgamating collaboration with commercial arrangements to realise better financial returns. He thrives off implementing proactive commercial solutions that minimise risk, improve decision-making and add value.

Josh is a critical thinker who always takes a pro-active approach to work. He excels in the commercial and leadership environment and is highly regarded by peers and cliental. He strives to achieve excellence in business and looks to continuously improve and achieve better outcomes.
